Set Your Alumni Referral GroupAlumni referral group is the group consisting of alumni from the undergraduate and post-graduate colleges where you did one or more degree courses. Once you set your alumni referral group, you could post referral jobs to one or more of these alumni referral groups. Posting a job to your referral group displays the jobs to your alumni on Job Notice Board. Following is a screenshot of alumni referral group page: 
Job Notice BoardOnce you set alumni referral group, you are all set to post a referral job opening to your alumni. Job Notice Board displays all jobs posted by you and your alumni. Following is the screenshot:
My Job Postings and ReferralYour alumni applies to one of your referral job postings. You interact with them in private message board and thereby refer them, if you find them suitable. Following is the screenshot:
